Beyond Your Eyes Can See

Ephesians 6 vs. 12 ?For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.?

Imagine trying to win a war by attacking the wrong enemy. Often times we put the blame of what satan master minded on innocent people around us. We must learn to accept that there is more in existence than what the eyes can see. Looking at Colossians 1 vs.16, (?For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:? all things were created by him, and for him?) we’ll get to understand there are so many things that are created which are basically invisible to our natural eyes. There is a spiritual realm that is as fully functional and as real as the physical one we live in. Contrary to the picture our mind might paint us, the spiritual realm is not somewhere far in space neither is it somewhere in heaven. It is right where you are. It?s that part of your environment that you can?t see with your naked eyes. Though abstract, it controls everything that happens in the concrete/physical world. It will be futile to try solving a problem physically without addressing the spiritual aspect of it in prayer.

Dear Friend, nothing happens by chance, there are forces at work.? Look at the underlined portion of our Bible text. Paul referred to them as the rulers of the darkness (mishaps, evil) of our world. Rather than focusing on and getting angry at the harbinger of a problem, let?s learn to tackle it from the root, which is the spiritual realm through prayer. Man is not your problem, the devil is. If you want to experience speed in overcoming the challenges and problems of life, then you must learn to address issues not only physically but also spiritually. God bless you.
